What benefits do I receive when booking through TOMONTOUR?
When you book a hotel through TOMONTOUR, you receive significant added value at the hotel and have VIP guest status. TOMONTOUR benefits vary by hotel, but almost always include a daily complimentary breakfast for two per room, early check-in and late check-out, and a room upgrade based on availability. Many hotels also offer other attractive benefits (for example, a $100 USD hotel credit per stay). By the way: There are no additional fees for booking the unique TOMONTOUR benefits.

What are the prices underlying the special TOMONTOUR benefit rates?
Most of the advantage rates offered correspond to the so-called "Best Available Rate" for the respective period (also called "Flexible Rate", "Best Flexible Rate" or "Standard Rate"). In addition, TOMONTOUR offers reduced special rates, such as free nights for longer stays or a percentage discount. However, the total price displayed usually already includes the discounts offered.
How much does a hotel booking with TOMONTOUR cost?
The use of the TOMONTOUR VIP hotel booking service is free of charge for you as a customer. However, since the TOMONTOUR benefits are so immense for some rates, we have made a commitment to our partner hotels to provide the best benefit rates only to our loyal customers. Therefore, you will only see the particularly attractive advantage rates after logging in. Please have an understanding for this.
Can I cancel a booking I made with TOMONTOUR free of charge?
The vast majority of TOMONTOUR hotel bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 or 48 hours before arrival. For the booking, only a credit card is required as a guarantee. The credit card will not be charged before the cancellation deadline. Payment is made by you personally at check-out on site at the hotel. In exceptional cases, such as on particularly popular dates or in selected cities, hotels may require a deposit. Rates that require a deposit in the form of a charge to the credit card at the time of booking are clearly marked by us.
